As we arrive in Indiana it will make state number nine on our tour. Indiana is like coming home as we lived in the Indy area for 11 years. Nancy, myself and Baby the cat are enduring the heat and the storms and looking forward to the promised cooler temps next week. Only minor difficulties to this point and we have been truly blessed by so many on the trip so far.
Remember, continue to send the prayer requests and news articles as always. We may get a day behind, but we do appreciate them all. The prayer requests are prayed for each morning no matter where we are. Beginning each day with coffee with God just seems to work somehow. Also, thank you to each one of you along the way that has added so much to the trip. The races are great but it is truly about the people.
Spending some time in Indiana will allow us to catch up with old friends, write a couple of columns for our Not Just Another Racing Column and take in some good mid-western racing. After leaving IN we may head to KY to welcome our new grand nephew into the world. I married his mommy and daddy a couple of years ago and look forward to our KY visit. ASCS races on the way south would be great as well. We will keep you updated here on the news page though we may get a day behind on occasion. Thanks again to each of you who are making this trip so special. See you at the races.
