I am not a "disgrace to women" because I don't support the women's march. I do not feel I am a "second class citizen" because I am a woman. I do not feel my voice is "not heard" because I am a woman. I do not feel I am not provided opportunities in this life or in America because I am a woman. I do not feel that I "don't have control of my body or choices" because I am a woman. I do not feel like I am " not respected or undermined" because I am a woman. I AM a woman. I can make my own choices.

I can speak and be heard.  I can VOTE.  I can work if I want.  I control my body.  I can defend myself.  I can defend my family.  There is nothing stopping me to do anything in this world but MYSELF.

I do not blame my circumstances or problems on anything other than my own choices or even that sometimes in life, we don't always get what we want. I take responsibility for myself.

I am a mother, a daughter, a wife, a sister, a friend. I am not held back in life but only by the walls I choose to not go over which is a personal choice. Quit blaming.  Take responsibility.  If you want to speak, do so. B

Are You Hungry ?

How hungry are you?

It's so easy to stuff ourselves with the world's cheap bread -- with money, success, comfort, and pleasure -- that we take the edge off our spiritual hunger. We fail to realize the dangers of living in an affluent, consumer-driven society in which we can be consumed by the things we desire. So many of us are like sponges, soaking up the world's good things with no space left for God. If your spiritual appetite seems dull right now, ask Jesus for the grace to base your life not on the cheap bread of this world but on the bread he offers. Ask him to show you how to feed on him -- on his life, his sacrifice, his Word, his promises. Then, to underline your prayer, consider fasting for a day. When you start to feel hungry, start praying. Tell Jesus, the Bread of Life, that you are hungry for more of him. Then remind him of his promise -- that when you do the work of believing, he will do the work of feeding you.

Without bread no one in ancient Palestine would have survived for long. So it seems entirely reasonable for Jesus, in what has become known as the Lord's Prayer, to instruct his disciples to pray for their daily bread. Yet the Lo

A most special time of year

Jesus gift to all, to save us for eternity His precious birth, angels and shepherds on bended knee Mary and Joseph with Our Savior, wondrous nativity

One shinning star guided wise men from afar Bringing gifts for the King of all mankind Can you imagine all in so much awe Following the light knowing The Savior they would find

We decorate in celebration on a fir or pine tree Christmas lights remind me of the sparkles in God's Angel's eyes You can feel the stillness of the night Angels sing sweet melodies on high

Jesus Our Lord is born that First Christmas Night To show our love we must obey Gods commands We sing praises of Jesus birth in The Bible known as Psalms We pray on bended knee with folded hands

Our New Race Car

Our new race car is a TQ Midget.  I've been told it is going to be called the "Nancy Lee Special"  I thought he was kidding until he told me he has ordered the lettering for it.

It is a TQ Midget but knowing Dudley; I think it will be worked on and made into a regular size Sprint car.

Everyone is asking for a picture of me in it.  Well as soon as my knee gets better, I'll climb through the cage;  however we may need the paramedics to get me out of it.  It has been a long time since I have been on a jungle gym.

The garage and work area is our front porch.

Dayspring Christian Academy this past week asked Pastor Dudley & I as guests. We opened the chapel service with prayer and music.  Dudley presented his testimony impressing the children wearing his uniform, boots and all his belts & helmet. 72 students & several teachers from 1st through 5th grades were in attendance at the chapel service.

The pictures show the children singing "If you're happy you know Jesus, clap your hands" and "This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine"  Nancy led the singing and enjoyed the actions as much as they did.
