We must never forget who gets the credit for the freedoms we have,   of which we should be eternally grateful.

And God Bless our Military
Who are protecting our Country for our Freedom. Thanks to them, and their sacrifices, we can celebrate the 4th of  July.

I watched the flag pass by one day.
It fluttered in the breeze.

A young Marine saluted it,
And then he stood at ease. I looked at him in uniform; So young, so tall, so proud.

With hair cut square and eyes alert,   He'd stand out in any crowd.

I thought how many men like him
Had fallen through the years. How many died on foreign soil;  How many mothers' tears?

"On July 4, 1776, the Continental Congress passed a resolution authorizing a committee to devise a seal for the United States of America. This mission, designed to reflect the Founding Fathers' beliefs, values, and sovereignty of the new Nation, did not become a reality until June 20, 1782. "The star is a symbol of the heavens and the divine goal to which man has aspired from time immemorial; the stripe is symbol

You know, because criminals are so intent on following laws and everything. But one small Pennsylvania town has an even better idea… they are posting signs all across town that let criminals

Merry Christmas !!!!!!

Loving Father,
help us to remember the birth of Jesus, that we may share in  the song of the angels, the gladness of the  shepherds, and the worship of the wise men.

Close the door of hate and open the door of love all over the world. Let kindness come with every gift and good desires  with every greeting.

Deliver us from evil by the blessing which Christ brings, And teach us to be  merry with clear hearts.

May the Christmas morning make us happy to be Thy children, And the Christmas evening bring us to our beds with grateful thoughts, forgiving and forgiven, for Jesus' sake. Amen ! written by Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894) ~**~Luke 2:7 (KJV) And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger;  because there was no room for them in the inn. May Love, Joy, Peace and goodwill be your gift at Christmas and may God shower you with blessings all the New Year through ! Merry CHRISTmas

the University of Michigan and had worked as a social worker and school teacher.

The foreman frowned and said, "I have to ask you, have you had any

                        actual experience in picking lemons?"

                        "Well, as a matter of
